Refunds and Returns Policy
Once you have placed an order, please note that we may be unable to cancel or edit your order. Accordingly, please ensure all product and delivery details are correct.
In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality (as defined in s54(2) of Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), please contact us on 08 85622 266 and we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as possible. If we are unable to supply you with wine of the vintage that you ordered, we reserve the right to substitute it for the same wine of a different vintage.
In the event that we ask you to return your product to us, you should mail your product to: PO Box 622 Tanunda SA 5352.
Unless expressly agreed with us prior to return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
